If you wish to make use of a travel agency for booking your flights, applying for your visa, travel insurance, etc., we are happy to recommend you a licensed travel agent from within your region who is well informed about our tours and of the country of your choice ...   

Travel assistance

Nobody can be a specialist in everything. Our specialty is organizing 'Join-In' Road Trips and Self-Drives for which we work together with a select group of (local) professionals that we represent on an exclusive basis. 

Together with our Local Partners we are happy to assist you with your hotel bookings etc., also if you wish to arrive before the start of the Tour or if you wish to extend your stay.   

But if you need help with booking your flights, applying for your visa, travel insurance, etc. or any formality that you have to fulfill before your departure (e.g. vaccinations), we advise you to consult a travel agent who is familiar with all flight options to / from the country of your choice and with the type of tour you are registering for.   

To make it easy for you, we have provided an special option in our Application Form. If you check this, we will see to it that after accepting your Tour booking you will receive an e-mail from a licensed travel agent from within your region who is registered with us and who is well informed about our products. Of course we will  only recommend an agent with whom we have good professional experiences. In most cases they will also offer a 24/7 emergency desk in case something should go wrong with your flights.
